Mission
Lift UP's mission is to reduce hunger and improve the lives of low-income residents of northwest and downtown Portland. Our vision is a Portland where everyone has access to nutritious food and meaningful opportunities to connect with others. We collect and distribute food, provide educational programs that encourage healthy eating, and build community programs that strengthen social connections.
About
Food is distributed through a shopping-style food pantry and through the adopt a building program that provides food directly to residents in low-income apartment buildings through the following services: delivered food boxes, emergency food closet, and healthy eating workshops.
