OETC is a statewide school district service organization designed to gather, analyze and disseminate research and other materials pertaining to the uses of technology instruction and learning by member school districts in Oregon and other western states. As a facilitator of this goal, OETC also sells software and hardware to member school districts at a greatly reduced cost. All expenses are for these programs.
