Workforce development - the WIOA 167 national farmworkers jobs program (NFJP) provides employment and training services to assist farmworkers in Oregon and Nevada. In Oregon, OHDC reaches statewide to deliver targeted services designed to promote economic advancement and self-sufficiency among farmworkers and underserved communities. These intensive case management services enhance confidence, sought after employment skills and greater participation in the local economy. OHDC's staff is purposely multi lingual, cross culturally sensitive and connected with the farmworker community.
