The Home Delivered Meals Program - provided nutritional meals to homebound elderly that have no access to other meals; The Congregate Program - provided social environment, activities and hot nutritious meals to elderly in congregate setting; The Adult Day Care Program - provided a safe social environment for the memory impaired seniors, while providing respite for their care givers; Jovenes de Antano - provided transportation to low income seniors in San Benito County to dining care centers, shopping and medical appointments.
