We promote partnership with families, professionals and the community at large, because it is through partnership that we create a community where our children can flourish."

For over 40 years, Support for Families of Children with Disabilities (SFCD) has empowered families with the knowledge and tools to ensure their child receives the care they need at school, at home, and within the community.
