Casa De La Raza, Inc. is a low income rental housing project with 51 units consisting of one, two and three bedrooms. The complex is above a public parking garage with secured entry for the residents. The complex has spacious common areas with lush vegetation in planters, resembling a 'garden style' design. Parking for residents is also available along with a laundry room holding washers and dryers. A child play lot is also on site.
