Imagine Housing provides permanent affordable rental housing with wrap around services for low-income seniors, veterans, individuals and families in East King County. Our 14 apartment communities provide 576 homes for over 1,300 people, including nearly 500 children, 275 seniors, 75 veterans and 130 people with disabilities. Approximately 29% of our residents were homeless before moving into their Imagine Housing apartments. Our programs help low-income people overcome barriers to housing stability and provide the foundation that helps them thrive. In addition to permanent affordable housing, we offer on-site supportive services that help foster stability, dignity, and community for our residents. We are a highly trusted partner for the Eastside and are the only non-profit affordable housing developer focused entirely on east King County.
