About

Consulting and convening - over the span of 26 years, the center has interacted with many different communities, locally and across the nation. Through these interactions we have listened to community needs and learned how to bring groups together to co-create positive change. We have helped amplify ways of healing and co-created effective leadership and community engagement models through our local and national work. The center continues to support organizational culture and convening by helping to resolve challenges, provide leadership skills, and build strong teams. Continued on schedule o__this year we worked with Puget Sound Sage, Global to Local, Puyallup Watershed Initiative, University Unitarian Church, Rainier Valley Corps, Worksource, Camp Ten Tree, Seattle Foundation, and Public School Employees Union providing services such as designing and facilitating board retreats, conflict coaching, and presentations and trainings on gracious space and values based leadership. Our leadership books and methodologies such as gracious space continue to be used locally and nationwide.
