The Koret Center for Health, Fitness & Sport at the JCCSF promotes health and wellness by providing fitness, aquatics, sports, and education programs for people of all ages. With exceptional facilities and outstanding professionals, the program is dedicated to helping individuals improve their personal fitness, health, and lifestyle.
Starting with our youngest community members and working our way up the life-cycle ladder, we offer thoughtful engagement for every age, promoting Jewish learning, exploration and values through classes, our fitness center, Early Childhood Education program, lectures, celebrations and community service.
