Health & Fitness: The health & fitness department consists of the Byer Athletic Center, which includes a full court gymnasium, indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, jacuzzi, sauna and steam, two group exercise studios, a yoga studio and two rooms of cardiovascular and weight training equipment. We offer a full complement of group exercise and aquatics programs, as well as specialized personal training, pilates, massage and spa services. Aquatics programs, including group and private lessons, serve 1400 people per month from September through May and 2500 per month during June, July and August.
