We are dedicated to nurturing and encouraging new filmmaking talent, honoring the great masters of the world and providing audiences with a unique opportunity to engage in an appreciation of and a conversation about the art of cinema as it is represented around the world. Few contemporary art forms enjoy such a large international audience or can encompass these important goals and provide for them in such an accessible manner. The principle objectives of the organization include promoting film as a powerful medium that fosters cross-cultural communication, education and international understanding.
