Mission

The Death Valley Natural History Association is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of the natural and cultural resources of the Death Valley area in cooperation with our government partners: Death Valley National Park and Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge.

About

Death Valley Natural History Association (DVNHA) provided staffing and aid for Death Valley National Park and for Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge. During the fiscal year this include the repair to the Scotty's Castle Chimes Tower and 7,079 hours of educational programming through our own Death Valley Institute Field School programs. DVNHA also provided funding to keep the Furnace Creek Visitor Center open during the December 2018-January 2019 government shutdown.
