About

President John Adams Manor III operates three separate and distinct housing facilities with approximately fifty decent, safe, affordable and sanitary housing units for the developmentally disabled and for substance abusers. The facilities are located in Sacramento, California and are operated under Section 202 of the National Housing Act and regulated by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with respect to rental charges and operating methods. President John Adams Manor III is also subject to Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments agreements with HUD and a significant portion of the total rental income is received from HUD.
