Serving 13 Southern California counties north of the Mexican border, up to and including Fresno County, with the exception of San Diego County, and headquartered in Los Angeles, Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (SCMSDC)'s mission is to advance the economic development and business opportunities of diverse suppliers that include Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American businesses.
