Manna estimates the weight of food donations as it is received and distributes food to families and other organizations. The number of families Manna distributes to is tracked on a daily basis. Using the $1.28 pound value, the value of items contributed ($448,686) would equate to 350,536 pounds of food inventory contributed. Manna served 2,600 families during the fiscal year ended February 28, 2019. Manna also distributed food to one other food pantry in the fiscal year. The combined total of estimated food distributed to families and other food pantries during the fiscal year ended February 28, 2019 was $449,767.
