LPLP - PRIORITY IS THE MARSHALLING OF THE LEGAL DEFENSE OF CHASE IRON EYES, THE MOST TARGETED LEADER OF THE STANDING ROCK WATER PROTECTORS, FALSELY ACCUSED OF FELONY CHARGES THAT COULD HAVE IMPRISONED HIM FOR 6 YEARS AND NULLIFIED HIS LAW LICENSE. WE HAVE ASSEMBLED A TEAM OF TEN ATTORNEYS, INVESTIGATORS, RESEARCHERS, DIGITAL VIDEO EVIDENCE SPECIALISTS, AND ADVANCED INTERNS. THE GOAL IS TO WIN THE DEFENSE AND EXPOSE THE ILLEGALITIES, VIOLENCE, AND MALEVOLENT ACTIONS OF THE PIPELINE COMPANY AND THEIR MILITARIZED SECURITY COMPANY, TIGER SWAN, AN OFFSHOOT OF THE INFAMOUS BLACKWATER. UNIQUE AMONG THE 843 LEGAL CASES AT STANDING ROCK, OUR DEFENSE INCLUDES A FIVE PART "NECESSITY DEFENSE AND A TREATY DEFENSE AGAINST CRIMINAL TRESPASSING CHARGES. OUR WORK WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALL OTHER ATTORNEYS WHO WANT TO USE IT IN THEIR CASES.
