St. Joseph Center’s mission is to provide working poor families, as well as homeless men, women, and children of all ages with the inner resources and tools to become productive, stable and self-supporting members of the community.

We have been meeting the needs of low-income and homeless individuals and families since 1976. Our work empowers people to establish physical, social, emotional and financial well-being. Today, our programs reach more than 10,000 people annually across Los Angeles County. The Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves those in need without regard for religious affiliation or lack thereof.
