About

Calworks stage 1, 2, 3, CAPP/providing financial solutions. Every day, our case managers work with low-income parents to help them find safe, nurturing child care; an essential building block necessary to move from welfare to work and towards financial stability. Our subsidized programs include Calworks stage 1, Calworks stage 2, Calworks stage 3, and general AP. Eligibility is based on income and participation in a gain (greater avenues for independence) activity. The program also administers approximately $1.411mm in monthly provider payments to over 1,180 individuals. Combined, these programs served over 4,492 children, 2,350 families, and 1,180 child care providers.
