About
During FYE 2017-2018, the Children's Center of the Antelope Valley actively pursued its mission, "To promote healing and provide protection from abuse through education and expert care for children and families in the Antelope Valley" A few of the highlights of the year included the following:- Served 1015 Unduplicated Clients in the Clinical Treatment program using LA County approved EBPS and therapy techniques. - Served 267 families in the DCFS RSS Kinship Program to support Relative CaregiversHosted Pumpkin Patch Family Event and Holiday Jam Family Event serving over 3,000 children in family bonding and activity experiences. - Hosted 53 in-house group tours highlighting program goals, educational opportunities and brand ambassador options.- Hosted Community Service Partners, Continuing Education Training, Parenting Classes, and Legal Clinics for 186 hours of in-kind services.
