About this organization
Mission
To empower girls from underserved areas of Los Angeles County to become the next generation of college-educated women.
About
The Moste A-G requirements were developed to ensure a standardized system for program implementation and scholar participation in Moste's college access program. Modeled after A to G subject requirements to enter both the University of California or the California State University system, the Moste A-G requirements standardize the subjects that all Moste scholars must 'study' prior to completing the Moste middle school program and the more Moste high school program. As a compliment to the A-G requirements for all California high school students, which focus on math, English, science, history, et cetera. The subjects for the Moste A-G requirements include college preparation, professional development, cultural experience, community service, community empowerment, introspection, and personal.
