About
Ten Thousand Things brings lively, intelligent, professional theater to people with little access to the wealth of the arts -- who in turn help our artists and traditional audiences re-imagine what theater can be. In our 2018-2019 season we produced, presented and toured three critically acclaimed productions; "Scapin" by Moliere; "Into the Woods" by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine; and "The Sins of Sor Juana" by Karen Zacaras. In all we performed 48 free performances, reaching 2706 audience members in community organizations across the state of Minnesota, including prisons, homeless shelters, adult education centers, libraries, chemical dependency centers, VA hospitals and more. Additionally, we performed 50 shows for paying audiences, reaching an additional 5134 audience members through central locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
