About
ASAP - Animation Studio Anti-Harassment Pledge. In 2017, Women in Animation brought together the heads of independent animation studios in Los Angeles to discuss what could be done to create safe work environments. The result is the Animation Studio Anti-Harassment Pledge, which commits the studios to providing safe and equitable work environments free of discrimination and harassment. Once a studio commits to the ASAP, every employee will be required to sign as well. This creates a safety net that we hope will stretch across every studio in our industry, providing a safe work environment for all.
