The mission of Responsive Caregivers of Hawaii (RCH) is to increase independence, productivity and integration of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those who are medically fragile, and persons with other special needs in Hawaii. Our vision is for all of Hawaii's citizens with developmental disabilities to be integrated into the community and have meaningful relationships with friends and family.
