Domestic Violence Prevention Program- Serving South Asian women from Afganisthan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Maldives and Srilanka. Our trained advocates provide vital services to vulnerable women who are confronted by domestic violence and may be in crisis. Saheli provides services in seven South Asian languages and our trained understand the culture that these vulnerable women come from. Our services include: respondinng to helpline calls, safety planning with clients, counseling, advocacy crisis funding ($200/person/year), support groups, parenting workshops and economic empowerment programs. Saheli also collaborates with Seven large domestic violence organizations in Massachusetts.
