The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL) supports economic development through entrepreneurship. We take a hands-on approach to helping ambitious entrepreneurs identify, obtain and leverage the resources necessary to create jobs and wealth in the communities that we serve. Capacity-building: We provide small business capacity-building support through one-on-one mentoring as well as through our volunteer team-based support approach. We work with entrepreneurs identified through our direct outreach efforts in addition to those supported through third-party intermediaries serving our same target audience. Our goal is to help under-resourced entrepreneurs identify ways to overcome the barriers that are impeding growth.
