An affiliate of Help USA Inc., Help Development Corp. (HDC) is focused on developing and managing affordable and supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals and families. During FY2018, HDC finished construction and opened Help Perry Point Veterans Village, 75 units of affordable housing for homeless veterans, Help Philadelphia V, 37 units of affordable housing with 12 units set aside for homeless veterans, and the Help Genesis Homes Rehabilitation, renovating 150 units of affordable housing.
