Family planning services-UHPP offers a full range of family planning services for all people in our community as well as health education. Services include annual exams, STI testing and treatment, cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, gender affirming hormone care, behavioral health care and a wide range of general health screenings. All patients are given ample information by trained medical staff to make well informed decisions about their health.
