Extensive discussions were conducted with world leading manufacturers of state-of-the-art microprocessors and related equipment. In 2009, a section of land was sold and the building of a manufacturing site has been completed in the campus. This has provided employment to roughly 3,000 individuals. Additional land has been sold to the same company and expansion of that company is occurring. Other land has been leased within the campus as well. There is anticipation of an expansion of the facility in the near future as well.
