CHEMED IS AN FQHC DEDICATED TO PROVIDING PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, HEALTH EDUCATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND SOCIAL SERVICES TO ALL RESIDENTS OF OUR AREA IN ORDER TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES. CHEMED CURRENTLY OFFERS SERVICES IN ADULT & PEDIATRIC MEDICINE, DENTISTRY, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, WOMEN'S HEALTH, SPECIALTY, RADIOLOGY AND PHARMACY.
