The mission of Promise Community Health Center is to provide accessible, holistic health care that adapts to the needs of the community to improve the wellbeing of all persons. Promise Community Health Center, formerly known as Greater Sioux Community Health Center, opened in Sioux Center in 2008 and operates as the only federally qualified health center serving the far northwest corner of Iowa.
