The heart of Leadership Montana is a nine-month program of personal and trustee leadership development, and business and policy education. Forty participants for each class are carefully screened and selected to ensure diversity and commitment. The program is conducted in seven locations across the state beginning in September, concluding with graduation in May. Ultimately, Leadership Montana members will form an important bond, creating a powerful network of energy, talent and leadership for our state.
