The mission of Drive-To-Work is to assist low income or previously incarcerated persons to restore their drivers’ licenses so they can drive to work and keep a job. We provide the legal services of attorneys to eligible individuals to remove the causes of their license suspensions. With their licenses restored, individuals are able to obtain and retain jobs previously off limits to them, thus improving their individual incomes and social status and converting many persons from burdens on their communities to contributors to society. Drive-To-Work is the only firm, program or organization in Virginia (and perhaps elsewhere) providing assistance of this type and on this basis.
