(FCR), A PENNSYLVANIA CORPORATION FOUNDED IN 1991, PROVIDED EARLY INTERVENTION AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES PRIMARILY IN YORK, PENNSYLVANIA.
