Mission

Family Paths’ mission is to strengthen family relationships by providing mental health treatment and supportive services with respect, integrity, compassion, and hope. Our goals are reflected in our vision: a safe home for every child.

About

FIT/ECMH: The Families in Transition program and Early Childhood Mental Health Services are flexible and comprehensive models of mental health and case management services aimed at supporting children and adolescents aged 0-21, including foster youth, who are experiencing complex trauma, serious mental health problems and difficulty in school and/or community functioning. The flexibility of the services allow us to work with children and families year round in the environment that best meets their needs, including schools, homes and other locations in the community. The goal of the services are to reduce mental health symptoms and promote and support safety and security in parent-child relationships and help caregivers understand and meet their children's developmental, emotional and behavioral needs. For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019, a total of 324 clients were served.
