Passport program: provides at-risk, inner-city youth (those who are economically disadvantaged, teen parents, or foster youth) and adults who have dropped out of high school with an opportunity to earn their high school equivalency (HSE) credential and prepare for college and careers simultaneously. Students are provided with free, enriched preparation for their HSE, including college test preparation, comprehensive college and workforce training services, and wrap-around social support services.
