Network Facilitation/Design Under this program area, GKI partnered with the Gates Foundation to design and lead a custom experience to unify its global roster of 70 livestock grantees, empowering them to effectively map the global livestock system, explore areas of alignment for networking, and evaluate the Foundations strategic direction. GKI also continued to serve as the Knowledge Management Partner for the Postharvest Loss Alliance for Nutrition(PLAN), a Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) initiative, connecting members to the knowledge they need to bring more nutritious foods to market. GKI continued its work with the AECOM-led Innovation Resource Facility Consortium (IRF) within the InnovationXChange of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). In this role, GKI provides resources and tools designed to spur innovation within DFAT and across the Asia Pacific region, with the goal of building networks and collaborations around systemic challenges.
