Theevent was held in March 2018 and provided educational and developmental training inthe areas of open-source and free software to over 3500 participants. Sessionsincluded programs targeted at providing STEM classes for K-12 students.DevOpsDay Silicon Valley: DevOpsDays Silicon Valley: Held annual DevOpsDays Silicon Valley event on May 17-18, 2018. DevOpsDays provides educational sessions and discussions focused on helping those improve the interaction and integration between the traditional silos of Development and Operations. Texas Linux Festival: Held annual Texas Linux Festival in Austin, TX . This June 2018 has similar goals to the Southern California Linux Expo program. Texas Linux Fest provided educational opportunities for over 600 individuals interested in learning more about Linux, Open Source and free software.Community Leadership Summit: Held over 2 days in Portland, Oregon. This July 2018 event brought together community leaders, organizers and managers from the open source community. Attendees collaborated refining and improving the art of building an effective open source and collaborative software communities.
