For those tenants requiring greater levels of care, assisted living services are available.Services that are provided free of charge in independent living include an activities program, a fitness program, transportation to medical appointments, outings and shopping, a daily continental breakfast, staffing 24/7 and chaplaincy.Services that are available in independent living at an additional cost include meals, housekeeping, beauty/barber shop, and underground heated parking. There are also two laundry rooms on each floor. Services included in assisted living include three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation to medical appointments, outings and shopping, daily life enrichment programs, 24/7 staffing by home health aides, on-site nursing care, and a varying degree of wellness care and personal care services, dependent on tenant needs.Richfield Senior Housing, Inc. strives to provide housing and services to tenants at an affordable cost. Approximately 12% (14) of the independent living units have been offered at rents that are affordable to tenants whose income does not exceed 60% of the area median gross income, adjusted for family size, and the rent charged on these units cannot exceed 30% of this amount.
