Services include: individual counseling to help victims explore their options and arrive at a decision that is safest in their current situation, legal advocacy to assist victims by helping them obtain orders of protection against their abusers and by walking victims through the court process, medical advocacy to assist victims whose injuries require medical attention, and emergency shelter and or transitional housing to provide a safe home environment while victims work toward financial independence.
