Oakland Integrated Healthcare Network (OIHN), d.b.a Honor Community Health (Honor), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrated health services for all individuals in Oakland County. Honor Community Health is the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Oakland County serving more than 30,000 patients throughout 16 sites throughout Pontiac, Waterford, and Southfield, including six integrated primary and behavioral health sites, one dental center, and eight school-based health centers. Since inception, Honor has more than tripled its locations and increased its patient population by more than 450%.
