WPCA supports visual arts and learning in a multicultural environment. In addition to fostering creativity through innovative arts education, WPCA encourages audience development and atristic talent with a diverse blend of arts and education proamming.

Hands on art educational programs provide arts enrichment and education for over 7,000 youth on site at WPCA and in 35 schools, community centers and parks through four program components. After school drop in, summer art camp, afternoons with art and site on/hands on art residencies.
