PACT provides a comprehensive educational program for approximately 655 students, grades K-12. Regular school year was from August 27, 2018 - May 23, 2019; extended year summer school is available for qualifying special education students. Parents and students are looking for choices in education and like the array of programs, the small school atmosphere, the student achievement and parent involvement provided by PACT Charter School. There are currently 358 students on the enrollment waiting list.The composition of the student population is 86.7% Anglo American, 2.6% African American, 5% Hispanic American, .9% Asian/Pacific American and 4.7% Two or More Races; 50% are male and 50% are female. Of our students, 15% are eligible for free or reduced-price meals and 16.2% received special education services.Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment 2018 scores:63.2% Math Elementary68.2% Reading Elementary59.3% Math Secondary63% Reading Secondary52.6% Elementary and Secondary ScienceDuring the 2018-2019 school year:- Teachers had 45-60 minute Professional Learning Communities weekly embedded in their schedule during the school day.- Students in the secondary received additional support in Reading and Math through the Panther Plus Program - Teachers received professional development in How to Run and Effective PLC, Curriculum Mapping and Test Specs, Rigor, Differentiation and more.
