Alcohol and drug abuse ADA programs are funded through the division of alcohol and drug abuse, Clay, Platte, Ray mental health board and the combat commission. They include intensive outpatient services and community support services for adult male and female clients and comprehensive substance abuse and rehabilitation programs.
