Mission
The mission of the 972 Fifth Avenue Fund, Inc. is to raise public awareness of French art, culture, literature, visual and performing arts through four activities: the organization of conferences on artistic and education subjects; access to exhibitions and a reading room and resource center for individuals interested in French culture; the dissemination of French educational publications; and the distribution of grants to organizations which promote French culture.
