See Schedule O. Goals and Outcomes - 1. Provide basic needs to 250 youth through Oasis Drop-In Center. Outcome: Served 287 unduplicated youth who made 2,280 visits providing food, hygiene items, clothes, bus tokens, case management, and access to other needs. 2. 80% of youth seeking prevention services will avoid an episode of literal homelessness. Outcome: 96% of youth seeking prevention services avoided an episode of homelessness. 3. 70% of youth who have a housing goal will achieve their goal to move them towards stability. Outcome: 88% of youth with a housing goal achieved a housing goal. 50 youth attained more stable housing and 13 youth received financial support to avoid eviction. 4. 45 youth will receive school-based case management support to stay connected in school. Outcome: 51 youth received school-based case management and remained connected in their education. 5. 50 young MOA employees will receive case management and retain their jobs for an average of six months. Outcome: 63 young employees received case management and retained their jobs for an average 11 months; 17 additional youth were supported in their attempt to gain a job or find resources.
