Serenity Sistas is a leading organization and at its inception in 2012, the first of its kind in Annapolis MD. Our mission is to provide the recovering individual affected by substance use disorder, with a chance to reenter life: giving support and structure of a positive, productive sober living environment allowing the newly recovering individual a new way of life while gaining a renewed self-image. Recovery residences are important in the recovery process. Serenity Sistas has created a model that includes a safe, warm environment, the 12-step process, structure, mentoring and life skills needed to sustain long term recovery. We provide the environment for a newly sober person to learn healthy recovery habits and consistency that is key in early sobriety, and will last a lifetime.
