1) Silhouettes for Vets has coached/mentored 210 veterans with an 80% successful job placement rate. 2) Establishing and seeking partnerships with other veteran organizations, universities and government agencies. 3) Laying the groundwork for expansion from the Los Angeles area to New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, Austin and Seattle by the end of 2017.
