Our organization provides shelter with furnishings and utilities, food, and case management to up to 15 homeless veterans in our community. Our services include referrals to health care, mental health counseling, and adjustment counseling. We have community mentors that provide financial counseling, dietetic and fitness awareness, and other social welfare assistance. We are a transitional living facility for low-income homeless veteran that have an 85% success rate of moving into independent living situations, often with collaboration of HUD-VASH services.
