COOP has provided 10,000 hours of coaching and mentoring since fall 2015. That represents a 100-hour "cohort captain" commitment, repeated 100 times in just over two years. COOP's alumni captains are the clearest manifestation of our :pay-it-forward" ethos, and their joint 10,000-hour investment hints at the serious potential of near-peer coaching. This represents COOP's model of impact. OUTCOMES: COOP has provided service to over 1,000 individuals in our program, with 4/5 of them achieving full employment within 6 months of the completion of the program.
