FIRST, ELEVATION SCHOLARS IS OUR FIVE YEAR OLD INITIATIVE THAT HAS BUILT A TALENT PIPELINE WHICH FINDS THE ACADEMICALLY HIGHEST PERFORMING STUDENTS IN CENTRAL FLORIDA'S MOST DISTRESSED ZIP CODES, DESIGNATES THEM ELEVATION SCHOLARS AWARD WINNERS AND HELPS THESE WINNERS EARN FULL SCHOLARSHIPS TO AND GRADUATE FROM THE NATION'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, THEN WORKS WITH CENTRAL FLORIDA'S BEST EMPLOYERS TO OFFER THESE STUDENTS ATTRACTIVE LOCAL INTERNSHIPS AND CAREER OPTIONS.
